My goal is always to help you create the most beautiful space, styled perfectly for you, with ease. With endless products to choose from, it can be so overwhelming to pick out even the most basic of items for your home. So I put together this guide for you with my favorite products of 2022.

Kate’s Favorite home decor products of 2022
1. Striped curtains from Ballard Designs
These are my go-to curtains for just about any room! In 2022 alone we have used them in a dining room, living room, kids' bedroom, and office. They are good quality and won't break the bank -- they are lined and can be hung with rings for that designer look.
2. Bathroom sconce
This is our #1 choice for bathrooms and powder rooms. The style is clean and classic, the quality is very high, and the shade is glass, so you don't have to worry about water damage or dust/dirt.
3. Olive tree
This is our current favorite faux tree. The shape and leaves are very realistic, and the size is large enough to fill up an empty corner. Add a nice pot or woven basket and it's an instant room upgrade.
4. Towels
These towels are fluffy and soft and have just enough pattern to make them interesting in any bathroom.
5. Plaid throw blanket
The perfect layer to elevate a room. This blanket can add texture and dimension to a sofa, chair, bench, or bed. Super soft and easy to wrap around yourself, and then toss back on the bed for an effortlessly styled look.
6. Candle & match cloche
A pretty candle and decorative match cloche are often the finishing touch for a shelf, tabletop, desk top, or tray. So versatile and useful. And with the matches right there, you may actually get around to lighting that pretty candle!
7. Painting
This piece (and the coordinating piece that makes a beautiful pair) can be used in so many rooms. The color palette is lovely and natural, while still bringing in some brighter tones. It comes in a wide range of sizes and frames and is easy to customize to your space.
8. Pampas grass
You know those spaces on console tables or even an empty corner where you know you need something with height and visual interest, but you're not sure what to put there? Pampas grass is a great answer. It is sculptural and tall, but also light and natural. It goes with any decor and can really add some bulk to an empty mantel or corner. Pick a pretty vessel and you're good to go.
10. Knot sculpture
Don't know what to put on that coffee table or shelf? Try a stack of 3-4 hardback books, topped with this sculptural knot. It instantly makes the books look styled and intentional.
