STEP 1: Happiness quotient ANALYSIS
Our process begins with a meeting to identify your Happiness Quotient. Using a psychology-based approach, we spend time getting to know you and learning about the things that make you feel happiest. After our meeting, we follow up with a detailed analysis.
STEP 2: DESIGN
Next, it's time to lay the design framework. We create personalized mood boards, with a coordinated color palette, patterns, and textures, to help you visualize design concepts for each room in your home. We talk through your feedback in a meeting, which helps us gather the information we need to present our preliminary selections with pricing. Then, we have another meeting to collect more feedback, so that we can finalize selections and send them to you for approval.
STEP 3: DOCUMENTATION
Once you have confirmed the final selections, we get to work documenting everything. We like to think of this documentation as a set of instructions for the contractor and tradespeople. We create floor plans, layouts, elevations, and any other drawings needed to communicate our specific design objectives. This helps us avoid confusion and improve accuracy during the installation phase.
STEP 4: PROCUREMENT
We also handle all of the purchasing and logistics for your project - including dealing with any unexpected issues, like broken furniture or long lead times. We send weekly updates, so that you can track the status of every item. All items are received, inspected, and stored by our local warehouse partner, who ensures that they are in perfect condition when we are ready to install.
STEP 5: INSTallation
We oversee the delivery and installation of each item, so that all you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your new space after the big reveal. The best part? Our installation services are included in our flat fee pricing!
STEP 6: CLOSEOUT
Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us, and we care about making sure that you are satisfied with the end result of our work. We allow time for a closeout phase, so that we can address any final punch list items, take professional photos, and celebrate the unique story of your space!
